Golden Fay Thompson Day "Fay Day"

Fay Day is the wife of John A. Day, and co-founder of Day's Pecans. Supporting John's passion for pecans, Fay served as the marketer and gourmet product guru, developing our name and finding many of the gourmet products that we still have today. Although Thomas and Vicki now own the company, Fay still can be found behind the counter (and scenes) helping us make all of the important product decisions.
